Save the Dates for CEEME Seminar – January 20 – 23, 2015
Join us January 20 – 23 for a virtual “how-to” seminar entitled “Decentralization and Health Office Core Functions.” The seminar will discuss decentralization and operating performance improvement: Functions, Tasks, and Standards. We will focus on the challenges of local health offices in meeting demands for a new and expanded role in public health.
The specific process, Functions, Tasks, and Standards (F-T-S), engages teams from sub-national health offices in exploring their responsibilities by defining current and new core health office functions, and aligning tasks and standards to improve their operating performance using the data developed.
In addition to learning a new methodology you will have an opportunity to share your experiences with others to support you to ensure that you are creating an enabling environment for the changes brought about by decentralization.
Sponsored by the MEASURE Evaluation’s Creating an Enabling Environment for M&E (CEEME) community of practice and funded by USAID.
