In-service Leadership, Management and Governance Syllabus

The In-service Leadership, Management and Governance Syllabus is designed to provide an action-oriented instructional pathway for health leaders, managers, and their teams to improve their leadership and management skills and practices to improve governance of health programs and institutions. It leverages reliable tools and processes for defining and addressing challenges, and produce measurable results through team projects that support organizational mission and vision. The syllabus outlines the content for a training to be conducted over several workshops, designed for teams composed of health managers, administrators, and supervisors in the public and private sector, focused primarily on those living in low and middle income countries.
