Lourdes De La Peza is currently Principal Technical Advisor for Management and Leadership on the Leadership Management and Governance (LMG) project at Management Sciences for Health (MSH).She has been working with MSH since 1994. Lourdes is an Organizational Development Specialist, with experience on Leadership,Management Development and Governance interventions to strengthen organizational capacity, including situation analysis and strategic planning. She is a skilled consultant, trainer, facilitator, communicator, virtual trainer, training designer, trainer of trainers and executive coach in the areas of leadership development, management skills, organizational development, and governance. She is also a certificated Executive Coach. She has worked within both governmental and private sector organizations and networks, focusing on health and non-health related issues, and has experience in the Latin American, Caribbean region and in various African Anglophone countries.
Susan Post is an Organization Development Consultant with broad experience strengthening central and local governments and agencies, non-governmental organizations and voluntary organization networks. She also has extensive insight into the complexity of challenges facing individuals and organizations around the world. Susan has focused on individual, team and organization strengthening – leadership, management and governance as well as human resource management, planning and management systems (finance, marketing, stakeholder engagement, etc.)
Most recently, Susan served as Senior Technical Advisor to the team that developed the Network Strengthening Program.
