Introduction

This self-paced course is tailored to young global leaders working to improve health outcomes in their communities and countries around the world. The course has four units that cover how to focus your mindset, eight different leading and managing practices, and overcoming challenges to accomplish your goals. Interactive with videos, quizzes, and case studies, this course should take you approximately 90 minutes.

Audience

The course is divided into four units that include interactive video demonstrations and knowledge checks. The full course should take approximately 90 minutes. A certificate will be provided for those who complete the full course.
