    I think it is important when we identify a particular behavior pattern, e.g in the case of Dr. Tamele’s “too-slow-to-start” attending or “too-fast-finish” atttending to patients and Nurse Mbazia’s mood change, to also take further steps to help them in the area of self awareness.

  • Nothing new really.

  • I did not have that much info about coaching prior this course, so almost everyhting was new, but checking with the way I was doing it prior to this the 2 most important things were: the OALFA and the Handling the silence
