This webinar was hosted by the Joint Learning Network for Universal Health Coverage (JLN) in partnership with PATH and PharmAccess. As countries undertake projects to implement interoperable, national-scale eHealth infrastructure, decision-makers must align interoperability with established eHealth standards – but which standards should they use?
In this webinar, Derek Ritz introduced a “storytelling” approach to developing a National eHealth Standards Framework (NeSF). This approach is grounded in the formal practices of enterprise architecture; however, it simplifies the process and describes a step-by-step methodology that clearly connects our characteristic health stories to the standards-based eHealth infrastructure that operationalizes them.
