CEEME Community: What Now?

In many countries, September is a time of newness. In the Northern and Southern Hemispheres the weather is changing as Fall or Spring arrive and in many countries around the world the school year is beginning.

Your Creating Enabling Environments for M&E (CEEME) community of practice is no different. We see this as a time of newness – a time to explore the purpose of this community of practice and what you, the community members would like to see included here. What would make it more helpful and useful for you?

The purpose of CEEME is to explore together the leadership and organizational factors that promote the collection, reporting, analysis, and use of health system data, and to provide you with hands-on, practical thoughts on how you can make a difference in how you and your teams interact within your organization, how you demonstrate leadership for M&E, and how you overcome the organizational obstacles that stand in the way of implementing best practices and your own policies and procedures.

From the facilitator’s side, it is important for us to know what topics you would like to see us address in the blogs and questions we post here. What would make this one of the most useful resources you have in leadership and organization development for M&E?

Please note that there are other communities of practice that deal with the theory and mechanics of M&E, but this is the only one that focuses on leadership and organization development. Let’s make it the best for you – our members!
