The purpose of CEEME is to explore together the leadership and organizational factors that promote the collection, reporting, analysis, and use of health system data, and to provide you with hands-on, practical thoughts on how you can make a difference in how you and your teams interact within your organization, how you demonstrate leadership for M&E, and how you overcome the organizational obstacles that stand in the way of implementing best practices and your own policies and procedures.
We’ll focus on: how do we know if Knowledge Management projects, activities, and tools are effective at supporting global health and development efforts?
