I never know there was a science behind Leadership until i discover Leadership Development Program Plus in 2015. Since then, my long time wish to be always an inspiration for others has found some guidance. At work i feel now more comfortable as manager especially in my day to day relationship with others and how to lead. My great satisfaction is when i manage to put a smile on the face of people passing through the following sequence: “Oh this is a challenge i cannot manage!” Then some days later: ” Waouh, I am surprising myself!” and finally : ” Yes, i did it!”.
